Social Login is now available for your Fastory Experiences or within your Fanzone. This feature allows your fans to log in using Google, Facebook, and/or their email. The authentication is fully integrated with the Fanzone, streamlining participation in experiences and enabling access to the fan profile. It can also be activated directly through an option in the Bot, making it easier to create a fan account from the very first interaction.
First, choose which connector you want to activate:
Next, go to your chatbot editor to prompt users to log in to your Fanzone To enable Social Login, the "enable authentication" option must be turned on ✅
Now, your users have the ability to log in to your Fanzone. There are three options available:
- Log in via Facebook Login
- Log in via Google Login
- Or enter their email address — in this case, a verification code will be requested. It will be sent by email to the address provided :
The user will then be logged in and won't need to enter their email address again.
If there are bots at the end of the game, don’t forget to activate the “enable authentication” option on the email field as well, to avoid requesting the email address a second time.
